Faulty Product

Had ordered two Compound Wall Decoration Lamps of which one is working and other is faulty. Had complained it to the vendor but no proactive action been initiated. Their customer care number is of no use as no one answers the phone. Further, no response on WhatsApp messages as well. Finally, got the message to courier back the faulty product for which additional cost will have to be borne. Also, transit damage will be to your account. Will never recommend buying from Homehop website. The services and products are pathetic and worst. Better to go with Flipkart/Amazon
