Waste product with only 40% Brightness. Don't Buy any Product from Homehop. You Can Suffer A Long.

Worst service.
Worst technician.
The brightness of light not stay for 5minute after put it to above 40%. If you kept 100% brightness by remote It returns to 40% after 5minute of time.

I am contacted homehop customer. They adviced me to return the product we will repair it and send it back. But they kept my product with them for a more than 40 days.

After so many calls to the customer care, finally I just received my product from Revensa Enterprises, Thrissur.

Here Please Kept in Mind to send them, we can spend postal Charges from your money. It has taken me around 400Rs for postal charges.

After this when I opened the parcel. The Light 120w flood light is not Fitted well.

Loose parts of the light moving and making a sound and the Diffuser swelled out.

This like of Worst Service Can't Seen Ever.
